My oh my!

As promised; I'm going to attach work that is already on my computer, and all work uploaded from this point on will be added in turn!

The first two are actually image links- Click on them to g
et to the full galleries;

First Up is the Submarine Fish, a picture book made entirely in Adobe Illustrator about the adventures of a Submarine... that happens to be in the shape of a Fish:

Clicking on the image will launch the slide show page where the rest of the story can be read.

The story is of a lonely Submarine Fish out to explore the ocean.

The Second grouping is my online portfolio of stills, as the site I have been using up till this point doesn't support video. At the base of each image is a little info-tab with a blurb about each piece.

The self portrait to the left was drawn for Lifedrawing in Charcoal, it subtly and not so subtly features a few of my favorite things; Through 'space' in the back, my love of Sci-Fi, the Ships, my love for Civilization building, the tentacles; my love of Creature creation,
and naturally; the Starfleet badge (Star Trek) because I am a Trekkie and I wanted to represent.

The rest are all single-unit pieces that stand alone, from monster designs and Kinetic-Type animation, to a copy of the Mona Lisa and an anatomical study from a live model.

This Monster Sheet was drawn over the course of a semester during lulls in activity. Each monster is of my own creation and most were not created with any purpose in mind. The most noticeable exception are the two fish, and the large stork-like animal which were designed for my fictional Ice-Planet ecosystem I have been developing independently. The small mole-like creature had potential, but was too generic for the design of the planet in question.

Clicking the image will open the full-size version.

This copy of the Mona Lisa is full size and was
drawn as an Old Master study. It was probably the most difficult project I had this semester. Done in Graphite on smooth board for Lifedrawing.

Clicking the image will open the full-size version.

In this piece, I drew a skeleton before super-imposing a nude model over it, while leaving some areas of the drawing skeletal, after which I overlaid some muscles, and rendered out the flesh. Charcoal on paper.

Clicking the image will open the full-size version.

The next two are animations, the first is Kinetic Type to Fight Club's "Listen up maggots" speech by Tyler Durden. The second is an animation of a Sack of Flour going on an adventure of infinite irony- it is meant to loop eternally, but that's only for humor's sake. It has no audio.

Once upon a time ago, there was also an After Effects final and a Flash final. I cannot find the files currently, the After Effects one 'freaked out' my teacher a bit by virtue of sheer creepiness, and featured a very lame logo sequence that we my first foray into the world of personal branding... The flash final is a bit more of a tragedy as I am most interested in Flash as a medium, but If I find the files; I will most certainly post them; if only for laughs.
