Long time no post (sorry!) I've transitioned to California for the summer, and I'm just getting into my character design class with Joel Fajnor- and I have a design I'm ok with. So I hope I'll post that when I tweak it into something presentable.
As of now, I wanted to post a few silhouette projects I've been working on focusing on one of my personal heroes: Sherlock Holmes.
I took the version of him in my mind's eye from the original novels, and caricatured them into 'cartoon' versions. I'm happy with them..
Then I took the BBC Sherlock TV show, and made characters of them as well. They turned out less cartoony, but I find I still like them...
If they develop any more, I'll keep you updated!
I'll also try to get some of my Senior Film pre-production work up in the near future, but the idea's gone through an overhaul, so it's still in the refinement stages.
